Reservation and branch enquiry data is visible only to the team responsible for that restaurant or country.

Franchise data is visible only to the global franchise team.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Reservations are kept for 24 months for operational and service history purposes.

Franchise and catering enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active, and for 36 months afterwards.

Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
