There are four Chef Eyad smoked meat restaurants in Saudi Arabia, in Riyadh, Al Khobar and Sakaka. The Kingdom took to the brisket board quickly, and the Saudi kitchens work the same twelve-to-sixteen hour smoke as every other Chef Eyad location, adapted only for local cuts and portion sizes.
